| My dad, uncle and I did a triathalon together. I swam the distance in about a 6:30. It was in Lake Sammamish. A little rough, muddy, and lots of seaweed. My uncle biked his distance in 50 min. My dad ran a 5k in about 19 min.

| Biked to a sand volleyball court and back. It took about 28 min. At swim team we did 5 by 100 yd on the 1:30. They were pretty comfortable 1:17. Good over all.

| Today I did a walk/easy run. Felt good for my first day. Did an out and back on a road by my house. Took about 31 min with mostly walking. My sister and I did the same bike ride as yesterday.

| Went on a warm run this morning. I did a figure eight loop around my house. I did 7 by 2 min easy run with the rest walking.Took a little over 30 min. Had a hard swim workout.

| Comfortable 3 mile run on the junior high track this morning. It was a warm but with a slight breeze. Stretched after. We did half swimming and half kicking at swim team. Went a best time in the 100 freestyle in 1:05.
